The Jubilee Vice Chairman, David Murathe caused an online stir after making some remarks, rekindling a political fire once again with his strong message concerning the ongoing speculations about varying BBI Bill passed in counties.
Penning down his thoughts on a post at his Twitter page, Murathe said that the allegations made against the BBI Bill were not true, as the MCA could not have passed the the document without reading it.
“It is a plain lie that the BBI bill passed in counties vary. The MCAs are not fools to pass a document without reading it. The reggae is on.”
