Body Workouts like push-ups, pull-ups, body squats e.t.c are the most used Workouts at home. Although most people have this feeling that you cannot build muscles using these workouts, there are ways that you can use the same Workouts to build muscles.
Here we shall be looking at how we can use these body workouts to build muscles.
Muscles grow when you challenge them as more fibers are destroyed. Here are some tips on how you can perform the Workouts to make them more challenging and effective:
- Using different tempos, like slow negative and explode up, all slow on both negative and positive movements.
- Going to failure on each set you perform.
- Use supersets. This can be done by combining two or more Workouts of same or different muscle groups. This makes it very challenging and destroys more fibers hence most effective.
- Using different variations e,g push-ups you can use; diamond Push Ups, Wide etc.
